Chapter 82. TRADESMAN STANDARD CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

§ 82-1. Official action.

The building code department is hereby designated to act as the enforcing agency for the enforcement of the state tradesmen certification standards, duly adopted by the state board of housing and community development under authority of Code of Virginia, §§ 15.1-11.4 and 36.99, as amended, repealed, reenacted, or recodified from time to time. Enforcement shall be according to the terms of this article.
